The Central Illinois Jazz Society presents
Terry Hanson Ensemble
6:00 - 9:30 p.m.
Sunday, August 18, 2002
Jumer's Castle Lodge (in the Mozart Room), Peoria

The Terry Hanson Ensemble was formed in December of 1996. They have played in a number of settings - clubs, weddings, private parties and festivals - within a 200-mile radius of the Quad Cities. The current lineup has been together for 4 years. The ensemble consists of Matt Podschweit on keyboard, Jim Kelton on bass, and Terry Hanson on drums and percussion. The Terry Hanson Ensemble will play a variety of swing, Latin and ballads. They performed at the Jazz Society a few years ago and we look forward to their return. Come out to support live music and join us as we welcome back the Terry Hanson Ensemble.

The Central Illinois Jazz Society House Band, featuring outstanding jazz musicians from the area, will entertain you with a mixture of jazz styles. This talented and versatile group, led by Larry Harms, is the heart of our monthly jazz program for the jazz fans of Central Illinois. We are grateful to the House Band for their variety of live jazz offerings. Come out and support them - you'll enjoy it.
